Not saying anything is ‘rigged’ but total volume of penalties isn’t a very useful way to disprove it. You’d have to zero in on high leverage situations and the type of foul. I can’t think of one that’s hurt them in a big game outside the clear formation penalty in the ‘23 reg season Bills game

Yeah for sure, Bengals joined in too (though they don’t use that logo now). Teams also almost universally moved to darker shades of their primary colors then too (a trend across all sports in the 90s). Some have since reverted

Commanders, the team with the most recent rebrand, do have an alternate logo that fits the bill. But that’s really only seen on jerseys above the nameplate
