Cooling seats are a thing. My new car has them. There’s no going back after realizing these exist. No more sweaty tush in summer. Since I live in leggings, this is life changing 😹

Feline hypertension is common in elderly cats, yet often undiagnosed. If untreated, it can lead to blindness or organ damage. And as with this guy, it often occurs alongside hyperthyroidism. Increased nighttime vocalization can be a sign. Kitty is doing so much better now that he’s on meds ❤️

Today I’ll be seeing a client with significant mobility limitations in her lower body. We’ve made great progress with range of motion and overall flexibility using the Pilates reformer and tower. Fact: Pilates helps you move better.

Starting over in circus after years off is a Herculean task. Injured myself the 3rd session in. Imposter syndrome is legit! So glad I made myself go back tonight.
