Still grappling with the idea of getting a mobility aid I would need inconsistently, but I miss being out doing stuff, and I just won't have the endurance for months or years yet.

It was kind of life changing, actually, now that I think about it. I started singing in church bands after that, which led me to taking up bass when our bass player left.

It is! I'll never forget one time I was stuck in traffic (not a highway) and was blasting along with the music with my windows rolled down (no AC) and got a shouted compliment from someone driving the other way. lol
