Thankful for sunshine and warm weather…looking for joy in the little things because there are so many troubling big things.
We listen to sleep stories on the Calm app every night. Tonight, we listened to one about the Lunar New Year. My son enjoyed hearing more about the cultural event, some of which he had learned before. I’m so hopeful this marks a restart of 2025, which has felt dismal, stressful, and challenging.
