Same. And apparently they're trying to move 'low users' to be 'standard users' so it will continue going up. I live alone! Of course I'm low volume - I'm also the only person paying the bills. How is that fair?? Thanks. I hate it.

Advice needed (please)...
If I were looking to do proofreading as a side hustle, is there a preferred industry qualification - either NZ or international? Also is typing up manuscripts, documentation etc a thing? I have a background in technical writing and user documentation. Cat photo for tax.
