All last year proved to me was that we need more BLACK AMERICAN voices and faces in every space. We have people who have the same skin as us but not the same upbringing as us making their voices louder than our voices about our history and experiences in this country and I don’t like it!

I’m currently reading “Demons Dream” and omg this book! I love how each main character has a POV,I love how their lives seem different but they’re so intertwined. It’s an exciting read that’s making me stay up late and as a mom to a toddler that’s saying a lot! #reading #demonsdream
