‘Hate’ is a strong word and I don’t hold that emotion for anyone other than maybe 3 or 4 people in this world.

As well as the disassociation and flashbacks.
I’m losing time out of my day at this point.

I’m HEAVILY medicated but does anyone have any tips?

I see so many people just happy for others and wanting love for all. It’s warms my heart so much 🥰

I tried X a few times but I couldn’t get on with it at all. I didn’t even bother trying since musk took over. It’s nice to not be on edge so much 🥰

The chaos in me isn’t quite sure if that makes me happy or concerned 😂😂
