One thing before tomorrow:

Use your local libraries.

Get your card.

Borrow books, manga, films, audios, ebooks.

Recommend titles for purchase (usually online).

Attend promoted activities.

Fill out those "How are we doing?" questionnaires.

Tell your kids that libraries are good.

They are.

I’m struggling. I walked away nearly 2 years ago and did no contact and today all I want to do is talk to them. I won’t though. I can’t go back to the mind games and emotional trauma.

My adhd makes cleaning nearly impossible. It starts off great and then it becomes exhausting, confusing, and frustrating. It makes me feel like a failure.
