At this point, the government recommending someone for a job should automatically disqualify them.
A letting agent wants a full month’s rent upfront to "reserve" an apartment we haven’t even viewed. They also demand new landlord references and payslips (November 2024 isn't"current" enough).
As we'll be giving them thousands of euro, shouldn’t they be the ones showing us their references?

I misread this headline and thought the train line was closing for 20 years. Honestly, I wasn't that surprised. It seemed plausible enough based on past form.
