Even in light of all we've dealt with in 2025, it's been worse in the past and U.S. has come out stronger. I expect we'll do the same once again because: we're young, great economy, top talent, we innovate, culture still dominates, etc. Our decline isn't terminal & 2026 elections are < 11 months.

Can’t say I disagree. if you live in Denver proper, having 80+% of what you need in a 3mi radius is a great barometer for well being, tho this distance can probably be tripled in the burbs. It’s a shame the streetcars were transitioned to buses eons ago…

Denver is denser, more multicultural, bigger nightlife & music scene, has greater access to more alpine diversity, bigger & more varied economy. SLC has great skiing access, more affordable, cleaner, lower crime. it’s great ppl have both options…

No deal on Colorado River as Western states fail to reach agreement by feds' Nov. 11 deadline
The seven states that share the Colorado River did not meet a Nov. 11 deadline to find a consensus on how to operate reservoirs and share cuts in the future.

More pain will be incurred before changes are made. Still say we need Trump underwater with the GOP before congress gets its act in gear under Art. I, Sec. 8.

We’ll see if Denver’s unique geography can garner enough relocations to prevent overtaking Austin.
