I tried this for a time a couple of years ago and it really elevated my understanding/design too. Good reminder that I lost that habit somewhere along the way, will try this again myself soon! As for unit tests… one step at a time over here.

Been there. Going from windows to mac to linux back and forth between different work, studies, and personal use cases… I find my muscle memory doesn’t always know which one I’m using. Oops.

I like to imagine that humans are terrifying monsters to any potential aliens. “Your gravity is how strong?! You survive what temperature ranges?!”

No. My wife and I are a good team. But we both are surprised at this.
