If the Rapids don’t improve, Denver will a lot like Kansas City. I visited Kansas City a month and a half ago and saw signs and shops selling KC Current merch, but no Sporting KC merch or ads. The Rapids already lack popularity in Denver, and this situation may worsen with Denver Summit.

We need to send another message to the front office. With an NWSL team now in town, you’d think the Rapids would do something to keep their fans happy and attendance up, but instead, we let our best player slip away and fail to build an actual good team. Rapids till I die? I don’t know anymore.

USA was looking rough in the final, but overall they did better than expected in this tournament. They definitely showed today though that this squad isn’t ready to be a World Cup team.

Messi is the GOAT, plain and simple. I know a lot of people hate him now that he is in MLS, as people hate Inter Miami, but the guy is just that good and fun to watch. Rapids will always be my first love, but I do love watching Messi and Miami play as well.

Man, what a roller coaster of emotions with that game. Started the game at 9th in the West and ended at 8th. We should have ended in that 5th spot, but we blew that 3-point lead with stupid mistakes…. #rpaids96

With how well Hansen is, what if we cut Steffen loose? Steffens’ contract is $900,000 a year, and Hansen has proved to be a great goalkeeper. Letting Steffen go would free up so much money that we could allocate it to fixing our other issues. #rapids96

I’m not mad about the outcome last night. I feel like most fans saw this result coming. Hansen over all killed it again last night especially with the penalty save. Most of our starters being out we did ok. However I am in disbelief about Frederick’s insanely stupid foul he committed. #rapids96
