It's disappointing that @vangreens.bsky.social @copevancouver.bsky.social and @onecityvan.bsky.social still have websites that point to X, not Bluesky. How can one spread a progressive message on a fascist-owned site?

I think it's interesting that if you look at a map of Vancouver public high schools, there's one area without a high school, and its in an area with some of the greatest current densification. It seems relevant when folk say "VSB should sell off Kingsgate Mall off to developers".

Air Canada is just the worst at the best of times but especially as my hubby might be stranded in LA because AC won’t do right by its flight attendants

Finally got a shot of the juvenile peregrine falcons that have been practicing their flying and hunting around our house. While their parents are very silent predators, these derps love to sit in our backyard tree and shriek like squeaky toys. 🤣.

I was happy to write and sign in favour of bringing back the Renter's Office. I was also keen to share the initiative. Was really disappointed to see that sharing options still include the Nazi microblogging site (X) but not BlueSky.
