Thanks to great friends for a wonderful day at NW Trek, including a Private Keeper Tour and behind the scenes experience with Keeper Jordan and Luna & Calli Moose. Our guide Keeper Stephanie was fantastic. And we saw the cutest baby Bison!

Fern impressed 90 guests with her prehensile tail, magical camouflage and winning personality. She’s a curious 22 year old beauty, climbing and balancing on her jungle gym o’ tree bark, perfectly adapted for life in the canopy.

Today’s Zoo Treasure ~ Brynn, Alex & I took advantage of a dry day and Brynn’s final Friday, enjoying a stroll with Gonzo Tamandua!
While I’m thrilled for her new management role with Walk This Way Dogs, I’ll miss our team encounters.
