It’s grown me to an extent. The first season has moments and the second season does as well. Maybe this third season will get it right. Hope springs eternal!

Lots to complain about in this adaptation but it is very slowly growing on me. I think the cast is great and the acting is spot on, I just wish the writing was closer to the book.

Storm light archive is excellent. Lots of world building and really emersive! Reading the other Cosmere books makes it even more interesting.

I agree there are lots of loose threads, but good writers should be able to handle that given enough time. I guess we will find out if these folks can pull it off🤞🏾

I get why y’all feel that way as Lost was extremely unsatisfying, and don’t get me started on Game of Thrones. I’m holding out hope that just maybe these writers learned a lesson from those fiascos.

There’s a podcast I’m also listening to called Highly Invested. It’s a reread with additional Cosmere spoilers. I’m learning things from them that make some of the interludes make more sense.
