4. And apparently he wasn't smart enough to use *67 because I recited his phone number back to him, and he immediately hung up.
5. I went straight to the Better Business Bureau with a screenshot of his phone number, and reached out to ALL locations of this real estate company. No one knows him!

They will usually do a few things wrong:
1. This guy asked for my name and mailing address without identifying the company he works for.
2. When I asked for company name, he couldn't provide a website.
3. When I asked how he got my (very new) number, his response: "Internet listing."

The other six have been overlooking that so many times that I genuinely forgot that they are SUPPOSED to wait.

Tell me why you think this is procedural. Genuinely. Cause I don't even get THAT part.
