It isn’t just about eating animals, it is about being allergic to nearly 100% of life saving medications and requiring special formulations that you cannot afford just to survive. Being vegan is like a religion, it’s fine for those who choose it but shouldn’t be forced on anyone.

Alpha gal is being diagnosed more and more and is very limiting for many sufferers. My mom and my youngest son both have it, as do many others around here.

I am not going to buy anything unnecessary for the foreseeable future. Anything I need will be purchased from a business that supports my ideals whenever possible, or small business as I can. Buying stupid shit for kicks is not a viable hobby, people need to stop and reconsider their choices.

I am shopping at Aldi, dropped Walmart already but have the annual subscription already purchased so will not be renewing unless I have no other choice. Sadly Aldi doesn’t carry everything we need as a family with alpha gal.
