He/Him. I'm just here to make sure no one takes my name.
Actually, venom is a sub-type of poison, so it is poisonous AND venomous. The dying person was not wrong; they just weren't as specific. AWAY!

"The dice, the minis, or the players?"
Yes

Of course! This thieves guild campaign will take a bit of a twist, but I don't want to limit their options 🍖

Hmm. Maybe MechWarrior or Gundam. I feel like it is very hard to balance a game between mech combat and pilot combat without neglecting one or the other. Also, there are massive risks if your mech is ever downed.

I think the term "hackability" is being used in two ways here. When used to mean customizable, it is positive, and when used to mean broken, it is negative. Much like with your Bethesda example, Skyrim has made a lot of people happy, but nobody is even bothering to mod Starfield.

Love it. I think you've really captured your inner White Walker.

Bet against Izzy and Iffy? No thanks! Team 1

Excellent. For bonus points, make the Patron one of the other players, so that you can ask them what to do instead of talking to yourself.

Looking good! Now I'm just imagining you turning them into heavy metal fonts 😄

Don't know if it helps, but this is my process. Find something you like and change a few letters. Keep saying it out loud and changing bits until you are happy with the feel and sound. If you aren't, scrap it and find a different base name. Don't get too attached to a name that doesn't work for you.

All amazing! I really need a print of that archway sphinx. I don't suppose there is one for sale somewhere that I missed?

My friend sent me this last night. It inspired me to write an entire D&D plot about a betrayed sphinx, a tainted fountain of "youth", and the origin for vampires in a campaign world. Thank you. It's been a long time since I was so inspired! The use of tarot symbolism really has my mind racing!

That is the core, but I have some more detailed and sinister notes on my ideas for the god of devotions intentions. Might do a write up on that for my D&D group. Reply or message me if anyone is actually interested in seeing it once it's done. This is a weird first post for me.

Will the cleric stay loyal to the one that has given them strength to help others or destroy their enemies? Or will they stay true to the god that never seemed to hear their prayers and give up the power to do good and great things? Could be a fun backstory for an NPC or PC (with player consent).

They think they are a cleric of the god they worship, but the god of devotion hides them from other deities. Eventually, the god reveals that while the one they worshiped abandoned them, it has always been there empowering and aiding their cause.

Adventure Idea: a clever paladin and orc realize they are being sold weapons by the same merchant group. They suspect the group orchestrated or at least inflamed the conflict. PCs are tasked by the two in secret to prove it and turn both sides against the merchants.
