Oh that's TOTALLYVdifferent because the kids in Stranger Things kept aging and are still playing teenagers, although there's no possible way people in their 20s were playing teenagers in the 80s movies this series keeps referencing. No only people the exact ages as the characters were ever cast.

After the first Disney buyout collapsed after Jim Henson's death, the company started getting into financial trouble. The Jim Henson Company was sold to a German television outfit, who sold the Sesame Street characters to Sesame Workshop.
