Tarkov “enjoyer.”
Empty phrases, spoken without meaning. One cultist at a time. Please read a book on the constitution, or the constitution itself.

Oh man, “Jeff” said it’s over. “Jeff” is correct! Our rights our gone! But he loves “Trump” so much, so it’s “okay”
April 18, 2025 at 10:04 PM
When have I ever insinuated that I cared about the man? A court ruled that Trump committed 34 felony crimes. A court ruled that this man is to be returned to the United States. I am here for the law, baby. YOU are virtue signaling by calling some dude a terrorist, wife beater, without any evidence.
April 18, 2025 at 9:46 PM
I don’t like Trump is the only factual thing you’ve said here today. I don’t like dementia addled morons espousing baseless bullshit and claiming that it has merit because they’re the president. I don’t like morons who assign morons to high level positions without meritability.

I do care about due process. Trump had it. And lost, but he still has it (because it’s perpetual). To argue that I don’t care about due process when it’s the only thing I’ve been trying to talk about while you’re crying about red herrings like terrorists, gangs, and domestic violence is a joke.
April 18, 2025 at 9:34 PM
How is the misdemeanor (jail) crime of being in the United States without documentation greater than 34 counts of felony (prison) fraud? Given your lack of knowledge on the constitution, I understand why you wouldn’t be able to make that distinction, so I gave you parentheticals to help you.

You, an illegal MS-13 terrorist? Voted for a 34 count convicted felon? Checks out.

Due process

Blank line for dramatic effect

His rights in these borders are our rights

Blank line for dramatic effect

Something meant to shock and awe me

Empty statement like “Jeff” stating “we’ve done our part” when “Jeff” has done nothing
April 18, 2025 at 6:48 PM
Well yeah, due process for all of us is gone thanks to this blatant disregard for the constitution! May he be brought back so we can continue to have due process. If not, I’ll see you in a Salvadoran prison for “administrative errors” in like 5 years.
April 18, 2025 at 6:37 PM
Again, as we both agreed earlier, due process does not end and is not a one time thing. You have flip flopped all over this conversation because you have no understanding of what is actually happening here. You latch onto red herrings as if they carry weight generally.
April 18, 2025 at 2:50 PM
Because he needs to facilitate his return so he can have due process like the Supreme Court ordered. If Trump could convince Bukele, then he needs to. Extradition is a totally normal thing that countries do all the time. I don’t think Trump is politically creative enough to make it happen.
April 18, 2025 at 1:07 PM
Must be a pretty limp dick admin if they can’t coerce El Salvador. Really thought America was strong after this past election. Damn shame the Trump admin is so weak that they can’t even do anything more than politely ask! Pretty sleepy Joe adjacent of them to bend over like that.
April 18, 2025 at 2:20 AM
The Supreme Court disagrees. Do you think you know more than 9 people seemingly decently educated in con-law?
April 18, 2025 at 2:01 AM
So, like, is there a due process meter so I can know how much due process I have left? You don’t “exhaust” due process. There was a trial that should have occurred that did not occur because the president illegally deported people without due process. Again, constitutional rights do not end.
April 18, 2025 at 1:47 AM
Word salad. Are you arguing that rights, such as yours or mine can go away seemingly randomly without due process because we can just be denied that?
April 18, 2025 at 1:41 AM
As I said, due process is perpetual. As is yours and mine freedom of speech, right to bear arms, etc. they do not go away because somebody wants them to. You use “orders” and “directives” synonymously with “sentencing” as if they have legal bearing like a sentencing would. This is incorrect.
April 18, 2025 at 1:28 AM
Due process actually doesn’t have a beginning or an end. It just is. Given that his deportation hearing did not have a judge or defense, his due process was violated. Again, fairly liberal reading of “sentencing,” which only comes from criminal courts.
April 18, 2025 at 1:06 AM
But there’s no due process. How is that a legal directive if we’ve determined that due process is a legal right for persons within the US?
April 18, 2025 at 12:53 AM
I know, I just wanted to get to the part where I get to tell the magat their reading of due process is really liberal.
April 18, 2025 at 12:43 AM
There are hearings for deportations. Thus, more due process. This is a fairly liberal reading for someone claiming to be a constitutional conservative.
April 18, 2025 at 12:42 AM
Due process is guaranteed in the 5th and 14th amendments. So yes, there is a constitutional violation.
