Gave this a go as they're playing a good venue near me, tonight as it happens. Not really for me...nice enough but a bit too syupy and twee.

Lambrini Girls - Who Let the Dogs Out
I can see why this is getting a lot of attention. It packs a punch, is in your face and has some fun moments but maybe I'm getting old...not sure I need to hear it again after a few plays. Maybe I'll leave new punk to the youngsters.

Brooke Combe - Dancing at the Edge of the World
Played this a few times over the last week or so. What a voice she has and it's a confident piece of new soul music, an area there's been a lot of good stuff in recently. Sounds wonderful, big choruses and a bit of anger. Very nice.

Some new music I've been enjoying recently, including some I missed last year or got into late '24
Very happy these guys are still making new music. Gets stronger as it goes on. In a similar vein of recent releases, variation but still has louder moments. Hits a lot of sweet spots. Very good
