This GOP-led Senate? The same GOP-led Senate that confirmed Patel, Gabbard, Hegseth, RFK Jr.? Schumer seems incapable of wielding the same power that McConnell used with monstrously cruel effectiveness and glee. Will the GOP Senate do anything but cave to Musk/Trump?

SC took a sledge hammer to Biden for "over reach" which included established precedent going back decades. Will SC do the same to Trump? They've now placed him above any and all laws, in their twisted logic. Wittes is brilliant, but I don't know if I'm that confident
