I'm in Vancouver for work. I didn't take a picture but the cocktail menu at the restaurant last night listed the various liquors by origin. All of the American listing's were crossed off and a note that said no longer welcomed here.
I felt so embarrassed.

National health insurance isn't perfect and has its own set of challenges.
