You may appreciate it more than I, then, just for the fact that a modern popular movie does have Shakespeare content. But for me it was just all out of place and sometimes painfully shallow. But Jessie Buckley is the new Meryl Streep. She's brilliant and could have made it a one woman show.

Did you read the book? The book used it sparingly and for a very specific purpose. This one panders, like the audience won't feel they got their money's worth if they don't hear but soft what light through yonder window breaks.

The Claude AI agent, while it's thinking, will sometimes say "Flibbertigibbeting" as a placeholder, which in modern speak is roughly, "being silly." I pointed out to workers that it's actually a Shakespearean reference to the devil and now it's taken on a whole new meaning when Claude says it.

If I made a 6-letter Bardle do you think anybody would play it? Been thinking about it. It's a chance to rewrite the whole thing from scratch, add the context that everybody's asked for, etc. Hardest part would be generating and curating the word (and answers) list.
