"What kind of future are we leaving for our children" is no longer asked. Billionaires and their cronies have evolved into beings that can't think more than six months out. Nobody is building anything to last or endure. Kids today are raised in a world where humans are sacrificed eagerly for profit.

It is (with one notable exception) pretty fair though, for the reasons Chris noted.

(That one exception does frustrate me every time though, unless my build is so bonkers I vaporize him instantly.)

I'm not sure I'd say it has much depth exactly, but the randomized elements do keep it from feeling entirely uniform in the way that, say, Streets of Rage does in knowing exactly how many enemies of what types will be in this room every run, and what abilities you'll have to face them.

Glad you're playing this one; I don't typically expect much story beyond "punch bad mans" in brawlers, so it was a neat bonus!
