Cooked something new last night for the first time in a while. Navajo sumac crusted lamb with onion sauce, sautéed green beans and mushrooms, and manoomin. First time cooking lamb and the cut was a weird one from a farm share but it turned out well. Onion sauce was amazing.

First time using the tomatoes I canned earlier last year. Here’s to not getting botulism. (They had a good seal so I’m not super worried).
