My 1974 talking G.I. Joe. The hand bandage was added by me after his arm got damaged. I used plumbers tape to make it look like he had been wounded then bandaged up. He doesn’t really talk anymore he just mumbles, but hey he’s 51 he’s entitled to.

Does anyone remember the TV show Something is out there? Maryam d’Abo is alien cop who comes to Earth and teams up with Joe Cortese a human detective to catch an alien convict. It started as a miniseries and then become a regular series. It lasted 8 episodes.

Peter David passed away and his family is using a gofundme to pay his medical bills. Wouldn’t it be great if @marvel, @startrek or @dcofficial kicked in the money for that? His work has made them all a ton of money over the years and they could definitely afford to do the right thing.

Peter David was an amazing writer, when you saw his name on a novel or a comic you were in for a special treat. I was able to meet him a couple of times at conventions over the years and he was always very kind.
