I'm pleased to report that Pistol is doing well. Our vet is away for a few weeks but she placed her brood mare next to him so he'd have a companion.

Yesterday afternoon, Rascal, the palomino, crossed the rainbow bridge.
You led the herd at the ranch and you were mean to Pistol but you were a good boy and you will be missed.

My husband probably killed me for bringing a saddle or two home with me.
Not sure where my mom got this but this was a Captain's saddle. Gotta find the stirrups that go with it.
I've ridden with this. It is very comfy.

I think today was the first time I've ever driven the 4x4 3500HD diesel dually off the farm. Took it to pressure wash all the grime off.
Nothing like putting your hoof in a big ass diesel. He'll scoot and pull a house down.
I chained it to the MF tractor to tow it out the yard.

My husband teases me about all of my Ugg boots. "We should open a store."
I probably have around 15 pair of boots if you include the 3 pair of cowboy and 2 pair of motorcycle boots. :-)
