VPNs also arent a permanent solution, they may not even be a temporary one as they are now after VPNs of all kinds that way you cant use them to get around these laws.

Not only this though, the bills would be used to censor pretty much anything, and people have been getting censored online already. Its not just NSFW or other things being targeted, its multiple different things.
