She should resign given the appearance of impropriety, irrespective of whether they feel they think they can argue a ‘clerical error’. Members of the Reserve should be held to an enhanced degree of standard and competence regarding honesty. ‘Mistakes’ like this cannot/ and should not be tolerated.
