Yes they can. Embryos can be frozen for literally decades then implanted into a uterus and go on to develop into a healthy baby (the current record is 30 years frozen)

Herd immunity is what keeps babies too young to be vaccinated safe. And people like my cousin who has no immune system thanks to his medication post organ transplant. Anyone with cancer. Ect ect.

I discovered Epic two days after my grandpa's funeral in January.
