I think the song that got me then, was The Beginning. Very, I'd say, thematic for 2012-2013 in Haikyuu 😅

I'm not a music person at all, it's like math to me - I can appreciate the beauty but get tired in no time. But oor really appealed to me then, when I thought about krtsk music tastes 😏

Oh, that's lovely! Actually, I mentioned them both listening to oor in my krtsk fic about their training camp 10 years ago 😏👌🏻

I was wrong. You made that clear. I can live with your anger. Just not with you gone.”

Of course, by the end of their journey, Kuroo makes Tsukishima confess his feelings and - ta-daaah! Happy ending! 😂

“You think I need reminding?” Tsukishima is still torn between the amount of confessions he had to make and his own readiness to make even more if that makes Kuroo feel safer in his presence. “I know exactly what I did. I thought loyalty meant silence — that it was the same as protecting you.

Once he's satisfied with Tsukishima's honesty, he concludes: "If you think once again you have more power to make decisions because you're an alpha, I'll make you regret every decision in your life".

On their way back to Nekoma, Tsukishima is trying to come to terms with losing Kuroo for good. He still cannot forgive himself for being stubborn, blind, and stupid. But Kuroo once calls upon him and has him answer all the uncomfortable questions about feelings and emotions.

His and Kuroo's plans collide, conflict, and ultimately align only when they both realize the same truth: the scroll contains the location of precious resources, and neither nation can develop them alone.

— they are places where extraction is only possible if both regions control the waterways and travel routes together. His insight is what turns the scroll from a prize into a negotiation for cooperation, not ownership.

and long-dried riverbeds that match parts of the coded map. He remembers mentions of these lost water systems in old temple archives he studied during his guard training, and realizes the resource sites aren’t simply “places on a map”

He grew up in a family of warriors and scholars, he was trained to read terrain the way others read text: wind patterns, sediment color, the way dunes shift around stone that shouldn’t be there. Passing through old caravan routes and abandoned settlements, he recognizes markers of ancient irrigation
