We live in a cruel world. Game devs add in Easter Eggs/ARGs that go nowhere and lead on anyone who discovers them only to distance themselves from it or admit they were wasting everyone's time at least a year later, or reveal that the people who spent weeks of their life solving said ARG won't even see the end of it in their lifetime. Fuck those people.

There is one creature I don't want to draw for reasons disclosed in the alt text. This is just a blank image. There totally isn't a stock image of an abandoned building buried in the black

The medusa are a species that originated from the Dark Realm. Their appearance is unknown. Whenever observed directly, the viewer's nervous system 'locks up.' Their brains continue essential bodily functions, however any cognitive functions are paused and they enter a state of paralysis, retaining the exact same position they made when first observed it. This effect persists in photos and videos of medusas. Any attempts to observe it through other means result in the area around it being distorted. All we know is that it's somewhere around the size of a human. It's not known what they do to their victims, as they leave no trace of them.

And my first addition to this series: None other than the Elusive Muck Monster! This took me anywhere from 10-30 minutes to draw. I just wanted to get something out.

This anomaly was discovered in Lake Worth Lagoon, Florida, by 2 members of the non-profit organization Lagoon Keepers. They were attempting to remove a log from the lagoon. But it wasn't a log... It was the Muck Monster!
It usually takes on an eel-like appearance, but it can shapeshift. It is, however, incapable of changing the sludge-like material that makes up its body, and its eye always stays... always...
Trinity has provided it with living quarters after its existence was confirmed. Included is an exit into the lagoon it's called home for millenia. Its classification switched from Anomalous Organism to Anomalous Individual after it was declared an official citizen of Palm Beach. It has gained the status of a local celebrity since its discovery.
Oh, and it also doesn't care what pronouns you refer to it as. A lot of people use it/its pronouns when referring to it, but Anomalous Individual 7A1 (The Master Psychic), the one who confirmed it to be real, uses he/him pronouns.
