Shadona does have two pointed teeth.
There's no real reason for this, it's just how her adult teeth grew in.
It does cause some discomfort when eating and she has a slight lisp.

The girl even helped her get back to Equestria, guiding her to the portal at Canterlot High.
It was pretty awkward running into Princess Twilight Sparkle when the other side of the portal spat her out in the castle.
