Even the buildings in NY State/City are temperature control that it’s difficult to know what’s the temperature outside.

Even the buildings in NY State/City are temperature control that it’s difficult to know what’s the temperature outside.
At least in NYC you’re either cold or hot, no in between. Even when the weather changes by days, at least ONE weather stays the whole day and the temperature changes slowly enough to adjust!
