River was orphaned as a newborn, with no legal documentation to speak of. The only thing people are certain about is his year of birth. He grew up in a derelict orphanage and the foster care system was rough on the guy. He's now the only resident of Scotsdale's controversial homeless shelter.

...so my ocs have been rotting my brain for a long time. I started drawing Tyler and friends in the 3rd grade because I loved making goofy ass comics for my friends to read, and then the world just became bigger and bigger. I would make a proper timeline... but I'm lazy, so here's a tierlist thingy.
