U can't have democracy if a dictator in power don't need to collect taxes, people become powerless if they use money a dictator can simply print more of, to finance his men with guns at the expense of the people. Bitcoin or something similar using Proof Of Work, might prevent that.

U probably wrongly believe that only fiat money, can be money, ignorant that anything can be money, even salt.
As such u view everything else as a scam to get your "real" fiat money, a uneducated view.

The energy use is what makes it honest. It is what prevents someone or some from getting new coins for free, at the expense of others. Imagine u hold 100 coins worth $1000, would it be fair if someone would get 100 coins out of nothing for free? No.

I believe the point of that statement is that if no one listens to a madman who orders people to kill others, then no one would die. It simply wouldn't had been possible for Hitler or Stalin to kill millions without the help of millions of others who obeyed in the belief that they were good servants

Nice painting! But no. It´s a open protocol for sending money over the internet which ensure that no one can cheat and create new money for free for themselves, no dictator or corrupt politicians. Because no one has control over it. And everything is out in the open and anyone can see the rules.
