It just added more fuel to people who still shit on the anime/Kakimoto, especially regarding the anger that the anime focused too much on Mutsumi and the CRYCHIC drama rather than anything on Uika, Umiri and Nyamu.

And it unironically just fuels the notion that yuri works are "inferior" if yuri is all they can talk about. Meanwhile yuri fans will hate on a series for not having enough in-your-face yuri and focusing more on action/politics/etc even IF the yuri romance IS still important and real.

So I have heard, though from people who play the game they say it's a satire on it since it features the Russian imperialists as the antagonists. At the same time I've seen the ads and how they are used and yeah...going to see how Reverse will present it.
