SAND TALK, a brilliant book by Aboriginal author Tyson Yunkaporta takes us-two on many illuminating journeys, weaving in and out of Indigenous modes of listening and seeing. It's not the easiest read, as it asks us all to set aside our habituated modes of learning. I love this book!

Just finished last night. Whipped this up in a week for the instant gratification because the coordinating shawl in the background is only half finished, and I've been at it for over a month. I'm so proud of both of them!
