So much of paranormal discourse has been co-opted by the right and QAnon.

I mean, it wasn’t that I believed Richard C. Hoagland’s wild theories about Mars.

But they were fun to listen to and think about without being force-fed right wing propaganda on top of it.

I would just like to be able to talk about my feelings without people assuming that the reason I’m lonely is because I’m a piece of shit misogynist, because I’m not that at all.

I’m a good person and I believe I’m on the right side of most social issues… but I’m also very lonely.

Caught up in the morass of all the discourse on male loneliness are people like me, who are truly lonely and don’t deserve to feel that way, but are sometimes made to feel like we do.
