I get the shouting. I get the singing/chanting but these people are most likely golfers themselves too and know damn well when to be quiet.

In my limited French I’d have probably said “Il y a tous les personnes sur le balcon” ….. though I suspect it could be felt I was inferring the same thing and for the words wrong 😂
