Absolutely loving how far along I've come on my #fitness, #health and #weightloss journey. Currently 155lbs and bulking very slowly as leaning and toning are the priorities at the moment. So proud of myself for maintaining the self-discipline to keep at it!

I genuinely can't believe the difference between then and now. Absolutely flabbergasted and so proud of myself for making the changes to get myself healthier. Went from 284lbs to 159lbs in a little over 2 years. What a journey this #fitness and #weightloss has been!
