I get that. I recently tallied my stuff to about 37 things wrong with me including 10 things wrong with my neck and 7 with my heart. The image I use as my profile pic is by far the coolest defect I have though.

What's the solution here? No matter what is said or done, there are no consequences. People stand beside him to justify, defend, and deflect. There doesn't seem to be a point where enough will be enough and a stand is taken to put a stop to it
