This was a fascinating, technical document that deserves a read. The conclusion is devastating.

I don't think the judge was pleased one but
VIII. Conclusion The Court recognizes that the relief sought by the defense is rarely granted. However, the record points to a disturbing pattern of profound investigative missteps, missteps that led an FBI agent and a prosecutor to potentially undermine the integrity of the grand jury proceeding. Therefore, in this case, “the Court has before it a rare example of a criminal defendant who can actually make a ‘particularized and factually based’ showing that grounds exist to support the proposition that irregularities may have occurred in the grand jury proceedings and may justify the dismissal of one or more counts of the indictment.” See Naegele, 474 F. Supp. 2d at 10 (citations omitted). Accordingly, the defense request for all grand jury materials is granted.

This begonia is still looking beautiful on November 4th in Rochester NY. A long range forecast has snow coming in about a week. Hopefully this will be able to hold on a little longer 🤞🏽

It's amazing how a simple dessert like poached pears can look so pretty!
Asian pears, poached in Riesling, honey and Chinese five spice. Currently the poaching liquid is being reduced to a syrup. The final product will be served the syrup and a heavy whipped cream with a bit of honey and salt.

I'm not surprised that the people writing these papers have to create fake profiles to pass.

The writers create fake IDs, using white profiles and names, because they say it helps convince clients they are up to the task. “If you go online now and try to find help with an essay, invariably they sell you the service as if it’s coming from somebody that’s in the UK or the US,” said Kingori. “Nothing that I’ve seen will tell you that this is somebody in Nairobi. There’s this idea that this could not be coming from an African country. This level of intellect and skills could not be coming from people in Kenya.

A fire burned the Cherry Grove Hotel about 10 years ago when it was being renovated. It also claimed a couple houses nearby.

Hubby and I are little more than a month from our vacation in Cherry Grove, and we're so happy!
