Hm indeed. Interesting that this was booked given the legislature grounds booking criteria (⬇️ via the Alberta government website where the first picture on the site is the bandshell). Also interesting it was approved.

This ⬇️ was the initial question. It doesn't feel very impartial to me. Impartial would be discussing Canada's relationship with the newly elected US government. The 51st state framing is like having a discussion about your favourite snack food but framing it around potato chips.

Bull crap. Framing this from a 51st state perspective presents a bias right out of the gate. Your headline for this "discussion" is also a lot of appeasement. When you are presenting something from the perspective of what it means to someone, you suggest the deal is done. Drop this both sidesing BS.
