Crashing out... After #bluecrossblueshield ruined my life back in 2021 by denying me surgery (now I have lifelong complications), they have decided they only cover 3 birth control patches per month. Not 4. And therefore the entirety of it is denied. And THIS IS THE ENVELOPE THEY SENT THE DENIAL IN.
