There’s tons of species of milkweed! I think what Amy has here is tropical milkweed. What I have pictured here is (I’m pretty sure) common milkweed, which grows pretty prolifically around here and does produce the giant seed pods with fluff in the fall.

Better late than never I guess - here is my #endangart for…. July 😵‍💫 (desert theme). It is an Arizona Hedgehog Cactus. It was fun playing with a new medium (alcohol markers and Poscas), but will take some getting used to. I can see some of my mess-ups lol. 🫣 Whew! #amateurart #cactus #desert

In honor of Hangman’s birthday, I’ll post the sign I started working on before I found out that signs weren’t allowed at the Aragon Ballroom. I’ll probably finish it at some point just for fun.

I went on a hike in a local natural area and took a picture of a gorgeous hill prairie. My friend who works for the organization that upkeeps this land said this was a great place to watch the sunset. I’ll have to go back and witness that sometime!

I can’t remember what kind of St. John’s Wort I planted a couple years ago. Great St. John’s Wort maybe? I really should start writing these things down. Anyway, this is the first year it hasn’t completely flopped over!

Okay last ones! This match was a BLAST! #AEWCollision
