For a dog being with the pack is what feels right. Being separated from the pack is catastrophic. Some dogs deal with the separation and are fine, others don’t understand why they’ve been ostracized and abandoned. It’s really sad for them, truly.

This was so disturbing to me. More so because the poor guy is still in the middle of this crisis, no? It wasn’t a look back after coming through it, it’s a look at what this man is still actively dealing with. So sad.
