Fun time climbing with the youngsters today. Progress in that making a 10C look easy which a few months ago I was not strong enough to complete a 10C. Perhaps looking 👀 a bit more “buff” as well.

I have been enjoying rock climbing about once per week. A good mental as well as physical workout pressing past fears and overcoming the wall !

Preparing my hole… for huge tomatoes 🍅! My “secrets” include bury them DEEP, 1 1/2 cups Dr. Jim’s Tomato Secret fertilizer buried deep, two Tums to help with blossom end rot which is a problem growing tomatoes in pots.

A year ago on April 10, 2024, something snapped inside. Got serious again about my health and fitness. Down from 36% body fat to 19%. Down from 196# to 149# or 47# as of this morning. Use Body Spec scans for quarterly checkups and accountability. Feeling Accomplished!

I grew up in west-central Kansas. I own this Selenite that was found in 1958 along the Smoky Hill River near Hays, Kansas. I donated it to the Sternberg Natural History Museum last Friday. I am happy that now thousands of people per year can enjoy this Selenite instead of just me in my home.

Really enjoyed working on these tall Wesco boots getting them looking good for a SIR for His upcoming weekend fun and festivities. Happy with the high shine almost mirror like on the shorter Corcorans.

Enjoyed setting up this additional crystals and mineral display from my collection. It is in an antique cabinet that had modern lighting added to it that really amps up the display to almost a Museum quality level.

An Aunt who I was close with transitioned yesterday at age 92. Caring for a friends kittens while He is out of town was excellent therapy for me while grieving this loss.
