This is an unfortunate story of S.F.'s Rec/Park Dept changing someone's will after their death. It is an insult to Mr. Bobo to say he didn't know the value of what he gifted & to completely change his will. If Rec/Park cannot respect Mr. Bobo's wishes, they should not accept the gift. This is awful.
